Stonebwoy performs at Cali Vibes Festival 2024
Ghanaian artist Stonebwoy showcased his unique sound and vibrant stage presence at the Cali Vibes Festival held in Marina Green Park, L.A., California.
Headlining the festival’s Boomyard Stage, Stonebwoy delivered an electrifying performance, blending infectious rhythms with profound storytelling.
The performance marked Stonebwoy’s first international outing since his sold-out BHIM Festival in Accra, Ghana, in December 2023. Throughout his set, he treated fans to a repertoire of hit songs including “Gidigba,” “Run Go,” “People Dey,” “Non-Stop,” and “Apotheke,” captivating the audience with his magnetic presence.
In a special tribute to the legendary Bob Marley, Stonebwoy delivered a stirring remake of “Buffalo Soldier,” showcasing his vocal prowess. With upcoming shows lined up globally, including the Rolling Cocoa Festival in Washington DC and the Sierra Nevada World Music Festival in California, Stonebwoy’s journey continues to captivate audiences worldwide.
Reports suggest that Stonebwoy is working on his highly anticipated sixth studio album, following his 2023 release “5th Dimension.”
The album, expected to be released under Universal Music Group / DefJam Records, will further solidify Stonebwoy’s status as a global icon in the music industry. Featuring guest verses from acclaimed artists such as Angelique Kidjo, Stormzy, Davido, and Shaggy, “5th Dimension” set the stage for Stonebwoy’s continued success on the global stage.
