It was not just theft at MASLOC, but also bare-faced robbery, according to Kpemka

The misconduct at the Microfinance and Small Loans Centre (MASLOC), for which its former Chief Executive Officer, Sedina Tamakloe-Attionu, was imprisoned on charges of conspiring to steal and causing financial loss to the state, among other offenses, is unacceptable, according to a former Deputy Attorney-General and Minister for Justice.

Sedina Tamakloe Attionu received a 10-year jail sentence from an Accra High Court, while Daniel Axim, the former Chief Operating Officer of MASLOC, was sentenced to five years of hard labor.

Joseph Dindiok Kpemka Esq. claims that when he initially looked over the case’s paperwork, he was shocked.

Speaking on Saturday on all news pages, Mr. Kpemka emphasized that the facts were fabricated and that he did not accept it. He stated, “Because this was just not stealing, but genuine theft.
