Kudus makes West Ham debut against Luton Town
Mohammed Kudus, the Ghanaian football star, made his debut appearance for West Ham United in a Premier League match against Luton Town.
Kudus, who recently joined West Ham, was initially named on the bench but came on as a substitute during the match.
West Ham secured a 2-1 victory against Luton Town, with goals from Jared Bowen and Kurt Zouma. Bowen opened the scoring for West Ham in the 37th minute, and Zouma added a second goal from a corner kick. Luton Town’s Mads Juel Andersen scored a late consolation goal.
Kudus entered the game as a substitute in injury time, making his first appearance for West Ham. The victory lifted West Ham to the top of the Premier League table with 10 points, although they had played one more game.
Kudus, who had previously played for Ajax, expressed his eagerness to contribute to his new team’s success in the Premier League. West Ham’s next match after the international break will be against Manchester City at the London Stadium.
