My mother died over threats on my life – Kennedy Agyapong

Kennedy Agyapong, a prominent figure in the New Patriotic Party and a flagbearer hopeful, has opened up about the passing of his mother.

He believes that her death was influenced by the threats and insults he received due to his involvement in politics.

Agyapong, who currently serves as the Member of Parliament for the Assin Central constituency, revealed that his mother struggled to handle the stress and negativity resulting from the threats directed towards him.

He mentioned that she had urged him multiple times to step away from politics, but he chose to continue despite her concerns.
