Next NDC government will create a 24-hour economy with incentives and tax breaks – Mahama

Former President John Mahama, the flagbearer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the upcoming 2024 election, has assured Ghanaians of quality governance when the NDC takes over the management of the country.

He emphasized that his government will work diligently to ease the burden of taxes imposed on Ghanaian businesses by the current governing New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Mr. Mahama expressed concern about the high rate of youth unemployment in the country. He highlighted the significance of the

youth as the driving force of positive change and key agents of development throughout Ghana’s history.

His message was delivered on International Youth Day, observed on Saturday, August 12.

The former president’s statement indicates the NDC’s commitment to addressing economic challenges and unemployment issues in Ghana.
