Moesha Heath, a 23-year-old makeup artist known as ‘Momo,’ was gunned down outside her home in Sheffield, Westmoreland, Jamaica.
The tragic incident happened around 5:50 p.m. on March 19, 2023, after she returned home with a male companion.
Momo and the man drove into their yard, and when they got out, they were confronted by three men who emerged from behind their house.
One of the men told the other not to move and began shooting at them, causing them both to flee in opposite directions.
The male escaped unharmed and called the police. When the cops arrived, they discovered Heath lying on her back near the front door of her house, with gunshot wounds to her head and upper body.
She was taken to the Savanna-la-Mar Public General Hospital and pronounced dead. As of the time of filing this report, no motive for the murder had been established.
